Reagents for PCR
The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is used to generate copies of a specific DNA sequence, for use in DNA cloning and sequencing applications. Glentham Life Sciences offers agaroses in a range of gel strengths, buffers and detergents that are suitable for this application. Key chemical products in this range include DL-Dithiothreitol, HEPES and Polyethylene glycol (PEG).
